IT Project/Business Systems Manager - Ecommerce

The Project Manager/BSM of eCommerce will capture and document requirements for all of our website integration specifics.  You'll handle the scoping, feasibility studies, option analysis and documentation, resulting in a ridiculously awesome user experience. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions
  • Document business requirements, business cases and functional specs
  • Lead discovery analysis and requirements gathering that support the strategy
  • Create supporting documentation necessary to communicate detailed requirements
  • Evaluate potential software solutions and the system architecture to ensure they meet business requirements
  • Coordinate requirements walk-thru and sign-offs, verifying with stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray business needs

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • At least 7 years experience gathering requirements, conducting business analysis and writing business requirements, and at least 5 years experience with Hybris, Demandware, Magento or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Industry recognized qualification as a Business Analyst and experience in an eCommerce and/or retail environment
  • Deep Project management knowledge with a good understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with UI/UX and creative requirements documentations
  • Understanding of web development architecture and technologies
