Adobe Analytics Skills… A/B Testing Skills… HTML Skills… We like people with skills and are adding a Digital Analytics Manager to our eCommerce team. You will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and presenting information relating to site performance and customer behavior. You will define success metrics and partner with various cross functional teams to drive key business initiatives. You’ll also develop a team of Analysts and shape our best practices using Adobe Analytics. 


  • Lead the development and organization of digital analytics throughout the company
  • Provide insights and recommendation related to customer acquisition, navigation and conversion funnels
  • Combine web analytics with customer insights derived from other internal data sources 
  • Closely monitor business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and industry trends 
  • Oversee the implementation and UA of Adobe Analytics; helping define metric and tracking requirements
  • Incorporate analytics best practices and methodologies (e.g. data mining, testing, behavioral targeting/personalization)
  • Conduct analysis for internal parties related to site, navigation, and purchasing behavior
  • Design intuitive visualization dashboards, executive summaries, and reports
  • Govern and manage third party tag pixels
  • Partner with Planning, Digital Marketing, Site Merchandising, CRM, and IT teams to translate analytics to business needs


  • 2-5+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture)
  • Experience with tag management solutions (e.g. Adobe Launch, Tealium)     
  • Expertise in analytics, data validation, data management, variable mapping
  • Familiarity with A/B Testing and evaluation
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Ability to work with and develop a team
