Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary)

We believe that people are our most valuable asset, and have invested significantly in how we approach recruiting. We're on the search for a Recruiting Coordinator that is driven by both a passion for people and a drive to succeed. You'll provide administrative support to the recruiter for our distribution center by supporting high volume sourcing and hiring. This is a temporary role to assist during our peak season, ending in November.


  • Attend and help facilitate job fairs
  • Assist with the on-boarding process of new associates, including prep and facilitating orientation, as well as assisting new hires with new hire paperwork
  • Partner in sourcing and hiring for Distribution positions, this includes scheduling, and securing attendance of all involved
  • Post jobs on relevant job boards as needed
  • Processing doctors notes and injury reports
  • Follow Covid protocol
  • General follow up with associates


  • At least 6 months of experience in HR or Recruiting, or equivalent education experience in a HR related field
  • Occasional weekend availability
  • The priorities in the role shift from day to day and you'll need to be able to roll with the punches
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
