Do you have organization skills so strong that your name might as well be Hermione? We are looking for a Real Estate Leasing Coordinator to join our team. This role will obtain, organize, assist and coordinate all the components for deal generation, renewal and analysis. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with the Leasing team to acquire all documentation needed for Renewals and New Deals. Documentation includes: Lease Plans, Sales, LOD’s, Asbuilts, Photos, Demographic information and Market information
  • Create, organize and maintain online and hard copy deal folders for the Leasing team. Folders should include all acquired documentation 
  • Maintain deal status reports and follow up on missing documentation
  • Prepare financial documentation (i.e. proformas) and renewal documentation for the Leasing Team
  • Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, Finance, Construction, HR and Marketing to acquire feedback and data needed for Deal preparation
  • Support Leasing team in preparations for Executive level meetings
  • Work with Leasing Coordination Team to complete all post committee tasks which include updating standard reports and updating Lucernex (database) with approved deals
  • Maintain, Update, or create reports as required by the Leasing team
  • Assist in research projects
  • Prepare analytical reports as needed by SVP to provide information to the CFO and Ownership

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • College degree preferred 
  • Strong computer experience. (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong Excel reporting experience. (formatting, formulas, v-lookups etc.) 
  • Moderate math skills (Ability to calculate and pro-rate occupancies)
  • Strong communication skills including ability to work in a team environment and with outside Real Estate professionals
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects
  • Meets deadlines, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure
  • Approaches obstacles proactively and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues
