Ecommerce Project Manager

We’re looking for a collaborative problem solver and leader that enjoys the challenge of creating solutions to complex issues. As Ecommerce Project Manager, you’ll need to be well versed in project management styles, methodologies, and processes. Liaisons with IT and different departments in organization to execute and manage Omnichannel and Ecommerce projects.  


  • Creates and manages project schedules
  • Act as a project leader and drive consistent, organized processes
  • Assess, monitor, document and communicate on project scope and status, risks and key learnings to project stakeholders
  • Responsible for the creation and distribution of complete project plans and related documentation
  • Work closely with engineers and product owners to distill product requirements into actionable user stories or specifications
  • Design and analyse project KPIs in line with PMO strategy in order to drive continuous improvement
  • Capture and document project-related business, functional and creative information during the project lifecycle
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
  • Act as a key contact between internal departments, regional teams, partners and external vendors
  • Assist with technical feasibility, implementation approach, deployment strategies, and QA efforts


  • At least 3 years of experience in Ecommerce (retail is a HUGE plus) project management. You’ll have the results to prove it 
  • Understanding and familiarity with key Ecommerce trends, usability concepts, and Web best practices
  • The right tools – you know MS Office and the leading tools to help facilitate collaboration and productivity
  • A collaborative approach to your work. This role interfaces with all areas of the business, so collaboration and building partnerships is critical
  • Curiosity and drive to learn. Lack of a how-to guide doesn’t stop you from moving forward
