Senior Analyst, Omni Channel

The team is looking for a hands on experienced System Analyst who will support & manage our order management, call center and omni-channel related applications by planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for business operations.

  • Define, analyze, and evaluate existing order management, call center and Omni-channel (Buy online pick up in store, ship from store, ship to store etc.) business functions and processes leveraging Enterprise order management system.
  • Designs, develops, tests, correct, and document complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications, and subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result.
  • Clarifies technical requirements and influences decisions that lead to the right solutions.
  • Provides estimates for work effort required.
  • Designs new, and modifies existing, customization's, conversions, and interfaces as necessary.
  • Accountable and creates all technical deliverables including technical design specifications, diagrams, flows, and documentation of all configuration changes
  • Works with QA Teams to provide testing frameworks or conducts system testing as needed.
  • Works with internal and external vendor teams on all support/enhancement/project related activities.
  • Designs and develops support fixes, small enhancements and coding for major projects.
  • Develops components and creates packages to be promoted to production environment by Support/Ops teams.
  • Assists the Project Manager in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develops or contributes to project deliverables, such as design documents.
  • Complies with and demonstrate a sound knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology for assigned projects and tasks.
  • Supports the Project Manager in pre and post-implementation reviews and incorporating lessons learned into future work and standards.
  • Provides input into design and architecture reviews.
  • Troubleshoot production issues of different criticalities with appropriate urgency and maintain the application uptime as per defined SLAs.
  • Perform incident resolution against established SLAs and ensure proper documentation (SOP) of the solution procedure.


  • 8-10 years years owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple teams including business community in Retail Domain.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Configuration, solutions evaluation, Process design, testing, conversion and deployment for Manhattan OMS technology.
  • Minimum 3 of years of experience working on Manhattan SCI /Reporting Analytics, technical application configuration/implementation.
  • Functional experience with Master Data, Inventory management, order fulfillment, allocation optimization and call Center.
  • Proficient in SQL/PLSQL. Hand on on Writing PLSQL Procedures.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with XML, JSON and API’s.
  • Working Knowledge on API Tools like Postman/Soap UI a must.
  • Familiarity with Unix Commands and Writing Basic UNIX Shell Scripting Programs.
  • Familiarity with Any Reporting Tools - Microsoft SSRS Preferred
  • Familiarity With Integration Services/Platform - Microsoft SSIS Preferred.
  • Team player with the ability to work in project and production support models with a diverse group of individuals across multiple departments
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and 24x7 operations
  • Deep, hands-on technical expertise in rich user experiences and high scale, service-oriented architectures
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to write and execute complex SQL statements used in the research, investigation and resolution of EOM issues
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, business acumen, and a desire to deliver what’s right for customers
  • This role will require after hours and weekend support on a rotation basis
