We are looking for a Loyalty Programs Specialist to grow our loyalty rewards program across multiple brands in a fun and authentic way. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the business in a dynamic and rapidly growing eCommerce space.
This role operates on a hybrid schedule and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA three days a week.
Pay range
$28.25 - $33.65 an hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support day-to-day operations of an engaging customer rewards program
- Help manage promotions and rewards for program members
- Analyze KPI’s including rewards earning rate, redemption rate, and sign-ups
- Publish weekly reporting to rest of the organization with key takeaways
- Monitor customer feedback and work with CS teams to resolve issues
- Conduct market research on best practices in loyalty and rewards programs
- Assist in testing new experiences while working with IT partners
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
- 1+ years of experience working with customer loyalty programs or retention marketing (familiarity with Epsilon loyalty a plus)
- Proficiency with large data sets, Excel, Looker and other analytics tools
- Keen eye for customer experience best practices
- Creative approach to providing the best rewards to customers
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical and technical audiences
- Ability to follow up on multiple tasks with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Familiarity with retail KPI’s
