Merchandising and ERP Project Manager

We’re looking for a collaborative problem solver and leader that enjoys the challenge of creating solutions to complex issues. As Project Manager in Corporate Systems, you’ll need to be well versed in project management styles, methodologies, and processes. Liaisons with IT and different departments in organization to execute and manage Merchandising, panning and other ERP projects. This role is based at our Headquarters in City of Industry, CA or remote in US. #BI-Remote


  • Creates and manages project schedules
  • Capable of executing projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Act as a project leader and drive consistent, organized processes
  • Assess, monitor, document and communicate on project scope and status, risks and key learnings to project stakeholders
  • Responsible for the creation and distribution of complete project plans and related documentation
  • Work closely with engineers and product owners to distill product requirements into actionable user stories or specifications
  • Design and analyze project KPIs in line with PMO strategy in order to drive continuous improvement
  • Capture and document project-related business, functional and technical information during the project lifecycle
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
  • Act as a key contact between internal departments, regional teams, partners and external vendors
  • Assist with technical feasibility, implementation approach, deployment strategies, and QA efforts
  • Manages project budgets and reports on burn rates and financial risks when necessary


  • At least 4 years of experience in Retail and Technology project management. You’ll have the results to prove it 
  • Understanding and familiarity with key Omni-Channel trends and technology  best practices
  • The right tools – you know MS Office/Smartsheet, JIRA/Confluence and the leading tools to help facilitate collaboration and productivity
  • A collaborative approach to your work. This role interfaces with all areas of the business, so collaboration and building partnerships is critical
  • Curiosity and drive to learn. Lack of a how-to guide doesn’t stop you from moving forward
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is desired, preferred would be Oracle RMS or Cloud Merchandising
  • PMP Certification is a plus
