The Customer Analytics and Reporting Analyst is responsible for the 360° view of our consumer behaviors. Using large data sets, the analyst will create customer profiling and segmentation to drive business decision making. This includes, but is not limited to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty and satisfaction. They will work towards answering critical questions about our customers, categories, products, and initiatives. This role is based at our Headquarters in City of Industry, CA or remote in US. #BI-Remote


  • Mining and extracting data from disparate sources, e.g. Business Objects Environment, Claims Data Warehouse, Policy data marts, and other various sources
  • Analyzing key performance indicators(KPIs) to better understand trends in consumer behaviors and the life cycle of a customer
  • Creating weekly reporting for upper management around customer profiling and analytics
  • Developing a thorough understanding of customer behavior, product trends, and business drivers
  • Identifying and presenting business opportunities within customer analytics to drive sales growth
  • Predicting future customer trends based on historical data and market research
  • Optimizing the user experience by having an in-depth understanding of their needs
  • Solving complex ad-hoc projects based on company requirements
  • Statistic modeling and competitor analysis


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field (Math, Finance, Business, Marketing, etc.)
  • 2 or more years of experience in customer analytics, preferably in retail
  • Knowledge or experience with SQL and Business Intelligence solutions
