We are seeking a Manager of Ecommerce Strategy & Operations to join our hottopic.com team!  We are looking for a results-driven individual passionate about pop culture and can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. This role will interface across the organization and will provide transparency and perspective into the hottopic.com business. The role will involve cross-functional collaboration with buyers, planning, finance, marketing, customer care, finance, web content, tech and warehouse teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Demand planning and analysis-  Develop and communicate top down financial plans for ecommerce channel to Omni channel planners as guidance for bottoms up revenue, margin and inventory plans
  • Collaborate with buying and planning teams to identify business opportunities and risks at the category, collection, license, band, size and style level
  • Execute promotional and markdown/clearance activities for ecommerce-   Manage, track and analyze performance of all promotions and markdowns.  Gain alignment with Omni team while maximizing ST, margin and revenue. Communicate promotional and markdown activities to marketing, email and web content teams.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to develop and lead key initiatives: Presale/backorder, Omni channel (BOPIS, SFS, STS), shipping & promotional testing, power styles/never-outs management and others as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of demand planning/forecasting background, preferably in ecommerce
  • 2-3 years operations, strategy  or project management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Possess a can-do attitude and is resourceful, creative, a problem solver and takes initiative to improve existing and create new processes
  • Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong excel and analytical skills are a must! Needs to have the ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and KPIs
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
