Recruiting Admin (Contract)

Description

We believe that people are our most valuable asset, and we have invested significantly in how we approach recruiting. We're on the search for a Recruiting Coordinator that is driven by both a passion for people and a drive to succeed. You'll provide administrative support to the Recruiter for our distribution center by supporting high volume sourcing and hiring. Oh, and you'll have some serious fun along the way. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Maintain our applicant tracking system by posting/removing DC jobs, 
  • Help manage the on-boarding process of new associates
  • Help source and hire for Distribution positions  
  • This includes scheduling, booking rooms and securing attendance of all involved
  • Post jobs on relevant job boards as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • At least 6 months of experience in HR or Recruiting, or equivalent education experience in a HR related field
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to roll with the punches. The priorities within the role shift from day to day, and you’ll have to be able to roll with the punches
  • Collaboration – It’s your middle name
